Abstract
Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics are increasingly integrated into the electric motor development process, enabling faster and more informed engineering decisions.
This workshop presents case studies covering pre-design, optimization, cost analysis, and production aspects of electric motors. The focus will be on AI-based computational tools, including both custom solutions developed by SPIN according to customer-specific requirements and Siemens software platforms for motor design and simulation. These tools support performance optimization, manufacturability assessment, and production cost evaluation from the early design stages, reducing development time while improving design quality and cost-effectiveness.
